Art Dance Workshop is a playground to allow our inner child to express, to release, to share our bodies and energy with another.

It can be a space to paint, dance, shout in your own boundaries and with the people around you.

It is a safe space for whatever is your needs at the given time…

We start by doing a collective breath work. To acknowledge the people around us, to start connecting. Then we begin to move in the space, going at your own tempo starting to play with the paint. From there we see what comes out within ourselves.

It is explored with live music and soundtracks
